These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Klose Kombat Tactical website, products, services, and related features (collectively, the “Services”).
Throughout these Terms, “Klose Kombat Tactical,” “KKT,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Klose Kombat Tactical. “You” and “your” refer to any visitor, customer, or other user of our Services.
By accessing our website, creating an account, making a purchase, subscribing to communications, or otherwise using our Services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
1. ELIGIBILITY AND USE OF OUR SERVICES

Klose Kombat Tactical offers performance apparel, accessories, and related products designed for professionals and individuals who value readiness, service, performance, and durability.
We make reasonable efforts to accurately display product descriptions, specifications, colors, materials, sizing, availability, and images. However, actual colors and appearance may vary depending on your device, display settings, manufacturing variations, or product revisions.
We may modify, discontinue, improve, or replace products or product features without prior notice.
Product availability is not guaranteed.
3. ORDERS AND ACCEPTANCE
Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance.
We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including suspected fraud, pricing or inventory errors, payment issues, product availability, shipping restrictions, or suspected unauthorized resale.
If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, we will issue an appropriate refund to the original payment method.
4. PRICING AND PAYMENT
Prices are displayed in the currency indicated at checkout and may change without notice.
Applicable taxes, shipping costs, duties, or other charges may be added during checkout when required.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing and payment information.
By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and authorize the applicable charges associated with your purchase.
5. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Shipping estimates are estimates only and are not guaranteed delivery dates unless expressly stated otherwise.
KKT is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, incorrect shipping information, natural disasters, government actions, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Risk of loss and responsibility for delivered packages are governed by applicable law and our shipping policies.
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and deliverable shipping address.
6. RETURNS, EXCHANGES, AND REFUNDS
Returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by our posted Refund or Return Policy in effect at the time of purchase.
Certain products may be subject to hygiene, safety, final-sale, or other return restrictions where disclosed and permitted by law.
Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable consumer-protection law.
7. PROMOTIONS AND DISCOUNTS
Promotional codes, discounts, giveaways, early-access offers, and other promotions may be subject to separate terms.
Unless otherwise stated, promotions:

8. EMAIL COMMUNICATIONS
If you voluntarily subscribe to KKT marketing emails, you may receive product announcements, early-access opportunities, promotional offers, brand updates, content, and other marketing communications.
You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe mechanism included in our emails.
Transactional or service-related communications, such as order confirmations, shipping notifications, security notices, or customer-service responses, may still be sent when necessary.
9. SMS AND RCS MOBILE MESSAGING
If you separately opt in to receive mobile communications from Klose Kombat Tactical, you may receive SMS, MMS, or RCS messages concerning promotions, product releases, cart reminders, back-in-stock notifications, order updates, and other communications consistent with your consent.
Consent to receive marketing messages is not a condition of purchase.
Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply.
You may opt out of applicable marketing text messages at any time by replying STOP. You may reply HELP for assistance where supported.
Mobile messaging may be delivered using automated technology where permitted by law.
Your participation in KKT’s mobile messaging program may also be governed by separate Mobile Terms of Service, which should be reviewed together with these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content associated with Klose Kombat Tactical—including, as applicable, trademarks, logos, brand names, graphics, product designs, photographs, videos, written content, slogans, website design, and other original materials—is owned by or licensed to KKT and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
No content may be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, commercially exploited, or used to imply an affiliation with or endorsement by KKT without authorization, except as permitted by law.
11. NO GOVERNMENT OR THIRD-PARTY ENDORSEMENT
Unless expressly stated otherwise, Klose Kombat Tactical is an independent private business.
References to military personnel, first responders, healthcare professionals, tradespeople, public-service professions, organizations, occupations, or equipment do not imply endorsement, sponsorship, approval, or affiliation with the United States Government, Department of Defense, any military branch, law-enforcement agency, healthcare organization, emergency-service organization, employer, or other third party.
Any third-party trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.
12. USER CONTENT, REVIEWS, AND SUBMISSIONS
If you submit reviews, photographs, comments, feedback, testimonials, or other content to KKT, you represent that you have the right to provide that content and that it does not violate applicable law or third-party rights.
Where permitted by law, you grant KKT a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, adapt, and share voluntarily submitted content for legitimate business and promotional purposes, subject to applicable privacy laws and any specific terms communicated when the content is collected.
13. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
Our Services may rely on or link to third-party platforms and providers, including ecommerce, payment, shipping, analytics, communications, and social-media services.
Those third parties may operate under their own terms and privacy practices.
KKT is not responsible for independent third-party services outside our reasonable control.
14. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Services and products are provided subject to the warranties expressly stated by KKT, if any, and otherwise on an “as available” basis.
We do not guarantee that the website will always operate uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components.
Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
15. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Klose Kombat Tactical and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Services.
Where liability cannot legally be excluded, our liability will be limited only to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Some jurisdictions do not permit certain exclusions or limitations, so portions of this section may not apply to you.
16. INDEMNIFICATION
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Klose Kombat Tactical and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates from claims, liabilities, losses, and reasonable expenses arising from your unlawful misuse of the Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of another party’s rights.
